International Women's Day at Scuderia Monte-Carlo

11 March 2025

The entire Scuderia Monte-Carlo team is proud to honor its female colleagues on this International Women's Day. We take this opportunity to once again express our gratitude for their professionalism and dedication, which contribute every day to the prestige of the Prancing Horse brand.

To mark the occasion, we asked them to answer two questions:

1. What motivated you to join Ferrari and what is your connection with this iconic brand?

2. What is your perception and experience as a woman in today's automotive industry?

Maud Gallice - Brand Manager

"I remember a phrase from my Grandmother, with whom I was very, very close: “When you say FERRARI, you've said it all!”

"The place of women in the automobile: often surprising, sometimes worrying, sometimes reassuring."

Pauline Minassian - Marketing & Digital Manager

"For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate by the Prancing Horse brand. From an early age, I felt a deep attachment with Ferrari, an iconic name that transcends the automotive world to embody passion, excellence and innovation. Working for Ferrari has always been a dream, one that I have been fortunate and privileged to achieve.  Ferrari is unique in its ability to evoke unparalleled emotions, whether through its rich heritage, its relentless pursuit of performance, or its influence beyond racing into the world of luxury and lifestyle. It's this perfect blend of tradition and modernity that continues to inspire me every day."

"When I joined Ferrari three years ago, only two women were part of the Scuderia Monte-Carlo team. Today, I am honored and proud to work alongside seven talented female colleagues. This evolution reflects a broader shift in the industry—one that acknowledges the value of diversity and inclusion. While the automotive world has long been male-dominated, it is encouraging to see mindsets evolving and meaningful progress taking shape. I remain optimistic about the future and firmly believe that, in the years to come, we will continue to move toward true gender equality in this industry."

Leila El Mimouni - Pre-Owned Sales Executive

"I've been a Ferrari fan since I was very young ... the bond is indescribable but as my Italian friends say, I'm a ‘Tifosa’."

"Women are becoming more and more present in the car industry. we've had to make our mark, but today we hold the same positions as men.And i'm proud of that."

Camille Durix - Sales Administrator

"The brand came to me, I didn't choose it, it chose me and I loved it straight away. For the last 8 years I've been living a part of myself through the eyes of the Cavallino, perhaps like Laura Garello Ferrari who lived both for her husband Enzo and for her brand. For several years I was the only woman at the Scuderia Monte-Carlo dealership where I proved that a woman had a perfect place in the Ferrari world. I'd like to thank my salesmen Jean Charles, Benoit and Julien, who have always supported me, and also a big thank you to Marta from Ferrari West Europe, a pillar for me, an example, an inspiration and a career."

"Ferrari is a family affair that brings me closer to my father, who died too young, a Ferrari and motor racing enthusiast. He would have loved to share my adventure. I grew up to the rhythm of the Monaco Grand Prix and the Monte Carlo Rally. My place is the one I've chosen, even if it's not easy every day. I'm happy to be part of Ferrari's prestige at the service of customers with a tailor-made ‘Rosso Passione’ relationship. Ferrari is the most beautiful brand in the world and we women bring a girly touch to the sound of the engines."

Océane Leborgne - Pre-Owned Sales Administrator

"Ferrari is an emblematic brand in the history of automotive industry, known by all, combining passion and race, and that’s why I chose to work with this brand. The exchange that I have and that I think we all have with the brand is an exchange between passion, expert and prestige."

"My place as a woman in today’s automotive world is a real privilege and an opportunity."

Eleonora Buonadonna - Receptionist

"I have decided to work for Ferrari because of the exceptional brand heritage and history, which make me extremely proud. In fact, as an Italian woman living abroad, I am grateful and honored to be able to represent my country, working for such an iconic brand for our tradition. Living abroad, I am also thrilled to see how Ferrari is evolving and adapting thanks to the influence of the countries where each dealership is based (Monte-Carlo in my case), which is very enriching on a personal level too. Moreover, I think that my dynamic personality matches well with the brand identity and I am happy to be an ambassador."

"I admit that I do not see myself as a main character in the automotive world from a technical and functional point of view. Nevertheless, I definitely see myself as a great support for our clients especially when it comes to the aesthetic end emotional advice. I am aware of the fact that the feminine point of view is always highly appreciated, especially in the luxury world, and I am always ready to give the best of my contribution. "

Manon Fichet - Experience Manager

"I've always been fascinating by cars, but Ferrari holds a special place in my heart. Working here is not only a job; it's the fulfillment of a passion, a chance to contribute to a brand that embodies excellence, performance and emotion."

"Being a woman in the automotive industry means constantly proving that passion and expertise matter more than gender. I've built my place by staying true to my passion and proving my skills every day. It's rewaring to see more women joining this world and I'm proud to be part of this change."

 Francesca Riva - Marketing Assistant

"From a young age, I have been passionate about the luxury sector, which led me to pursue a degree in Business and Management with a specialization in Luxury at the International University of Monaco. As an Italian, Ferrari has always been an iconic brand for me, representing excellence, innovation, and heritage. My father instilled in me a deep passion for cars, especially Ferrari, making this opportunity even more meaningful. Ferrari is a brand known and admired all over the world, a true symbol of automotive excellence. Enzo Ferrari once said, "If you ask any child to draw a car, they'll draw a red one." This quote perfectly captures the universal appeal and legendary status of Ferrari, making me even more grateful to be part of the Ferrari team in Monaco for my internship, where I can combine my academic background with my passion for the brand while learning from an exceptional team. "

"I strongly believe in the growing presence and influence of women in the automotive sector. More than ever, women are shaping the industry, bringing valuable perspectives and leadership. I am proud to be part of a team where both the Brand Manager and the Marketing Manager are women, demonstrating that gender is no barrier to success in this field. Each woman in our team plays a significant role, serving as both a contributor and a role model. Being part of Ferrari for my internship allows me to witness and contribute to this positive shift, reinforcing the importance of diversity and inclusion in the automotive world."
